When you say "ATT unlocked" are you talking about the international unlocked version (i9300) running on ATT or the ATT version of the GS3 (i747)? The hardware is very different so this is important. Honestly OP, you need to visit...

It won't interface directly without additional electronics. Your best bet is to purchase an adapter to study if you want to build it yourself.

Are you asking about an actual PS/2 connection or a PlayStation2?
