My 3930k has about a 10° difference between it's hottest and coolest core. I'd say it's pretty normal. 14° does seem on the high side, but from other peoples results I have seen posted I don't think it's anything to worry about.
You may be able to sell them for $1 per GB, but to be honest you might have to go a bit lower. I tried to sell a couple Intel 320 80GB drives that were practically brand new, in the box, with pristine SSD life and no one would buy them...
Any complete computer is going to be a tough sell on OCN or other hardware forums as most people are looking for parts. But like stubass said, Craigslist would be a good place to try, or even ebay. I'd say try for $450-$500 shipped.
I have a Logitech MX Revolution and K800 wireless illuminated keyboard that I have been using for gaming and everything else for years. No lag whatsoever. High quality wireless input devices work fine for gaming. Just don't get cheap stuff.
