It is not possible for your CPU to "fry" your graphics cards. It is most likely the PSU, but could be the power delivery on the motherboard itself.
I would say you might be able to get $200 shipped for it since it has the backplate and since you are also willing to assist the buyer with RMAs.

Yeah 75C is way too hot on idle. If that's the case, it's probably overheating and shutting down. Definitely re-seat your CPU cooler and change the thermal paste.
