I'm replacing a Q9550 and P45 chipset motherboard with a 3570K and Z77 chipset motherboard. Can I do this without reformatting and reinstalling Windows? It's been several years since I've done this so my memory is fuzzy. Thanks!

I OC it while playing more intensive games, but the memory doesn't have too much headroom so I run it at 880/1325. But yes, if I get another 6970 then it's almost like two of the same card. Of course, that 6970 could be OC'd... I might...

I realize what happened with the phantom floppy - when I reset my CMOS, the default state is for a Floppy 3 1/2" drive to be enabled. I disabled it when returning to my normal BIOS settings. Thanks you guys! I'm glad it was...
