So I got my new 8800GT. and I load up the 169.09 drivers and now it decides to start locking up in my games. And by locking up, I mean the screen gets red and fuzzy and hangs, and the controls freeze, but the sound still plays...

The new GTS is barely better than the GT. But you could always get an EVGA GT and step up to the new GTS or Ultra later...

Either get the 8800GT or the 8800GTX

Set the fan speed in rivatuner to 100% and it wont over heat. But yes. Theremalright is making an HR-03 for the GT. And there's a zalman on that fits.

Just clean off your old ones and get some thermal tape. Save a bunch of cash.
