i would drop the cpu multi and go for more fsb. 2.6ghz ht/nb is nice
running 1200/1500 on 1090mv atm, will let you know if this helps me get any more from it

sounds like a dead cpu that mate keep your eye out for a cheap q9550, great combo with your mobo i had mine upto 4.6ghz 4.4ghz 100% stable i still stand by last post that cores are more important for todays games than they was...
