Anybody habe any idea... I put the dive in another pc and it sees it fine. I updated the bios and still nothing.

Hello all so my buddy just build a Server he is running a Gigabyte GA-970a-DS3 and it will not see A Sata Seagate Piple HD .2 500 gig drive. We have tried all options we can think of in the bios for the sata settings. It wont see it....
