I think you have the connector on backwards. LEDs require one lead to be (+), the other to be (-). The wire with colorful coding is usually the (+) lead.
Like limite the amount of space each sub domain uses, and each account uses.
Use a fan shroud to capture all the air flow, and/or blower fan to boost performance. Just like the 2nd pic, the blower fan needs a shroud too, else it'll blow air to all 360' degrees.

Ya, bigwater is good for starters, it even comes with its own coolant. But you could use another rad for the big water
