From what it sounds like, you have two-factor/two-step authentication enabled. You could create an application code to login with. I think that is going to be the only thing you will be able to do.

Well, I ended up getting the correct battery, but yet again. No cable. :/ Can I ask that someone take a picture of the battery cable that connects to the controller, to the battery. :/
