2GB version? i reckon its using DDR3 and clocked 400Mhz , if so, then it probably wont go as high as 900mhz mem clock
as for the core clock, 900-950 is common for this baby card..

open prime95, click option, torture test, and make sure "number of torture test thread" is 12,.. when started, click windows, tile, to see all the threads running...
