The crashes are proliferating...every 30 minutes or so I get startled because of a loud pop in my headphones from the crash. And this is just surfing the web or some other equally light activity. Help!!!

Hey, My computer inexplicably crashes every time it starts to render something 3d. It's a violent crash - I get a sharp, sort of electricity pop in my headphones. It's all games, and it happens 2-3 seconds after its begins to render. So...
