a rig I put together with a i7 940@3.4GHz,X58, SLI 480s, and my TX750 shut off during Unigine Heaven....in Skyrim, Hitman, and Crysis 2 the PSU got REALLY WARM, and the fan was REALLY LOUD
i'm not the smartest person, but i'm pretty sure that the cooler front is going to be substantially cooler than the back of the pcb. you know, the part that exposes the back of the GPU, and has frieakin' memory chips soldered to it
