Seems like just naming the game "SimCity Online" would have solved a lot of peoples (myself included) problems with this game.

Whats the retail price of windows 8? I mean these are upgrade only prices right? I can only find the system builder copy on amazon for 110$ which i know isn't the same as a retail copy.
