You could get up to 120,- for the i5 760. But once you hit 100,- on a sale I'd consider it if I were you.
Well, it's not going to be something you know. Otherwise you wouldn't have come to ask here I suggest you learn to use RadeonPro.
There's a lot of guides here on the i7 920 and 930 (both of which are valid to your CPU). I wouldn't upgrade from an i7 920 just yet (and I haven't). But the videocard could do with some renewal (which I plan on).
Well, if they're seperate chambers then I'd say your top chamber with the components in them could do with a fan behind the CPU rather than to the left of the entire chamber. And for the bottom chamber, just make air slots on the back...
I'm sorry but how exactly are the Gentle Typhoons better than the 180mm AP's from Silverstone? Unless you mean you only substituted the 120mm that's in the top of the FT02, in which case I can tell you that it's really not going to do...

The solution for the VRM heat on the 4xxx series with an aftermarket cooler was always to use the standard VRM plate that comes with the reference cooler. I would imagine it would work better than those tiny blimps of alu they give you...
