No. The molex by the pci-e slot is for extra power to said pci-e slots. You need the square 4 pin for main power. Gyro

The 24 pin atx and the 8 pin atx need to plugged in, yes. The other 4 pin atx is for extra power to the board.(extreme ocing) The 4 pin molex is for extra power to the pci-e slots when running multiple high powered gfx cards. Gyro

5001 if you have nvidia gfx, 1804 if you have ATI gfx.(1804 is the same as 5001,but has fix for slow boot with ATI gfx) Good luck Gyro ps, check out the M2N club link in my sig.
Try booting with the 965 and one stick of ram. Gyro
