well in that pic the drives ar mounted in a 5.25 drive bay converter so the face into the case now if i were to use them on the lower drive area where its turned in mot sure it they could reach.

to me its a no contest. the 3770k. the price of the 2600k is $320 on newegg where as the 3770k is $259 at my local microcenter. they don't carry the 2600k but can substitute a 2700k for $219. for the $40 its worth getting the better...

same im on the 870 and dont see upgrading till this one dies. my computer can play anything i want on high so there is no reason to mess with it.

wouldnt you have to cut the back of the port off so it fits as i thought they are offset differently
