I have not run into any limitations with 2GB of ram in my 680's with any game. This is with a single 1080p, 120Hz screen. 2 GB is fine for the next 12 - 18 months at 1080 and 1200p. IMO

The 6300 has impressed me as a gaming CPU with a single high end card! It is a great value! The 6350 has a higher clock speed and I have not personally compared it to a 6300. My 6300 does 4.89Ghz on air rather nicely.
