Its called a ATX desktop case. The do make newer ones however I doubt you'll find one with the space your looking for.

I just read the NoFan CR95 is for CPU's with a TDP of 95watt's. The 8350 is a 125Watt CPU so my guess is you probably would need to underclock.

I use to run BOINC as a stress test and it worked very well. I would guess F@H would be just as good.

The 4+1 on the ASRock seems to be a solid setup and being your going to run a quad you shouldn't see any problems. I run a 4100 @ 4500-4800Mhz and it doesn't benchmark as good as my Phenom II x4 955 @ 4GHZ but it comes close and in game...
