Most people use 7/16" ID I think (I do atleast), mainly because it is easier to get a tighter fit on the barbs and so prevent leaking.

Get the NZXT Sentry 2, I got it in my Silent build, and it works beautifully. I can get picks up later if you want too

For the 1366 Socket, there is pretty much zero availability. That socket is sold out everywhere I've looked atleast for the best version and LT. You should take a look at the Apogee XT, it's supposed to perform better
