Will inputing tv signal in my monitor through the VGA port even be good? Like good quality that is? And how should I go about using my monitor as a tv, using the VGA port for tv and the DVI for pc.

It is a damn video game, there is a crowd of players that would enjoy this as a fun thing. Lets not get all geared up, its nothing less then a GTA type of thing.
