Any decent case will have cable management options behind the mobo tray; zip ties and some planning should be all you need.

Fewer DIMMs are better for OCing, so get yourself a nice 2x4GB kit and sell off your 4GB one. Once you pass 1600Mhz kits the benefits diminish significantly (almost nill after 1866MHz so don't worry about that too much).
