I only get crashes if I try to make/change a female. Making males works fine. Pre-Cache killer doesn't fix it, but I haven't tried since loading the low-poly hair models from ApachiiSkyHair.

Skjor is looking a little suspicious back there...

If you have a program like MSI Afterburner, or EVGA Precision, or any of those, they have the ability to limit framerate. I do not use other programs like Fraps so I don't know if they can do it. OR, if you don't want to figure this out...
