Go into BIOS and set the boot order to your optical drive (DVD).
Remove all drives except the one you want to install the OS to.
Boot to the OS disc and format the drive...then reinstall windows.
After installing the OS install the...

How weird is this / Disk Wizard imaged the OS with both C and system reserved checked this time. I suppose wiping the free space is the reason ?
