I get my blocks in Nickle my old 4890 copper block now looks like an old penny.

Did you overtighten any screws when putting on the waterblock? Check to make sure there's no warping in the PCB board.

for 1.4 plus volts with ht those temps look good. You can check the rad for major dust if you haven't cleaned it in a while.

Did your GTX 360 come with a short set of screws? My GTX 480 came with both long and short screws and I just used the short ones for my 38 mm fans.
