pretty sure you'll need a copper shim to compensate for the bracket around 7xxx series cards, unless the artisans who sell the brackets have them as an accessory. (otherwise the gpu core won't come in contact with the cooler)

Most people recommend a 240mm for the CPU and a 120mm for each GPU. 480mm for you is the minimum, going higher by 120mm or so would probably help some. Can you fit another 120mm or 240mm radiator somewhere in your case?
