Try dropping your cards clocks as low as it will go in ccc if it stops or allows you to play longer it could be faulty cooling as well
I would highly recommend rma I have had issues just like that. It has a possibility to be caused by so many parts of the cards. I'm sorry for your troubles though good luck. Ps if you wana rule out any hardware problems try a different...

Amd users shouldn't be using amd motherboard drivers there horrible and I expierence high usage on idle on both my Sig gaming rig and laptop with a a8 apu using regular Microsoft drivers for the chipset fixes all issues

You need to unplug the powersupply or switch it off then try to clear cmos. Pulling the battery doesn't always clear it use the jumper
Be sure to unplug and switch off the powersupply completly, some boards need that. Also yes this problem is common either drop the ht back to nb speeds or keep entering and leaving bios. A lot of the time my board will randomly correct it.
