Same thing with me. My VRM's overheat if I attempt 5ghz.

Trying to hit 5ghz myself now too.

I believe my PCH is overheating on my formula. During intense games it hits the mid 60's but I've never seen it above 64 celsius.

hit 4.85 ghz @ 1.4volts. Hit 80c under LinX.

Got my silverstone PSU and a watercooler today and quad sli is working great!
