I just I get an ok HD7950. 1200/1400 with 1.169v.

The card might be overheating. Set the fan speed up some.

I need some info on oc HD7950. What is the max 1) Voltage? 2) Temp?

The only Different between 1600 vs. 1866 is that it is a little faster to boot with SSDs. Other then that I can't see any difference.
