You left out the monitor. Otherwise looks good. A little overkill on the power supply, but at that price its a good deal and it leaves room for a little expansion.

Best Money spent IMO is my ASUS 120hz, I love it and will never game again on anything that is not 120hz.

I have been using MSI in all my builds for awhile now and have one in my own rig, have not heard one complaint from any of the people tha I have built for and I have abused mine for over 2 years now without one problem. My vote is for MSI.
