The off-center, forward position sensor takes some time to adjust to. Since you don't like it, you could try the G400s since the shape is kind of similar. The G400s uses optical sensor (which is basically just as good as laser sensor).

The money is going towards children that need it at the very least. That is good news.

I put a really noisy hard drive on top of some foam padding. The only problem with that is how the hard drive is not securely attached to the case, so you cannot really move your case around if you do this.

So is the G100s a good mouse to get at MSRP? Or should I just wait for a sale? I was looking forward to this mouse.

I wonder how MS can change to fix this if they want to make performance better in the lacking areas.

I am curious to how Microsoft will rectify the situation. Windows 8 had such a polarizing reception.
