Keep in mind this freebie is to benefit more then one person. So if you have a dying card, it isnt much use to someone with integrated graphics.

Wouldn't this mean I would be GPUless in a couple months/weeks? That's worse than using onboard graphics since my motherboard lacks of it. I guess I still qualify even as a GPUless user. But either way is your call.

Sorry, but the intent of pay-it-forward is exactly that, to give an 8800GS to someone who will in-turn give their lesser card to someone with integrated graphics. So as you see, by you entering and stating you would give your faulty card to someone with integrated graphics, you would be breaking the intent of this giveaway. Secondly, if I change the rules for one person, I would have to change them for every person. So I cant very well do that either. So you can see how hard it is to change the rules.

However, I did just add a second 8800GS for this giveaway, so let me think on it. Maybe I can do something for someone with a dead/dying card.

This giveaway only qualifies for your sig rig. Since you have a 4890, you do not meet the criteria stated in the first post. The intent is to benefit those less fortunate peole on OCN who dont have the funds to buy a nice card.
