I seen that the other day, it's nice that they honor the vets this way.
Knotts Berry Farm honers the vets as well, free admission to their park plus 1 geust durring the month of November, something I plan on taking advantage of.

Once in the system they continue to provide medical coverage based on your income. So I have been using it all through school (I havent really used any of the benefits though). I also heard recently that they are trying to extend it to 6 years.
