    What LED fans are those? I really like them and planning to get some of them in blue.

    They are Phobya's Nano series.
    Exact model is Phobya Nano-G 12 PWM LED Silent Waterproof 1500rpm ( 120x120x25mm ).

    I'm afraid they don't come in blue, but I could be wrong.
    Closest I've seen in blue are the Coolermaster Sickle Flows.
