Thats a sound card, an Audigy 4 I think and the cables are for the front audio plugs.

It's a Sound Blaster Live! 5.1. The cables are analogue audio from the CD drives.

Where do you put the front audio connectors then? I have an Audigy 4 and i think the layout is very similar but i can't find were to connect them.
