Research reveals that the LCB9E Opteron dual-cores are hot runners, especially compared to some of their other illustrious cousins such as the CCBBE Opterons. This particular CPU is interesting, in that it runs super-stable at less than stock VCore (1.300V), but at 2.8GHz. This chip is likely capable of the magical 3.0GHz, in my opinion.
