Its an Aerocool Turbine 89CFM @ 32 rated dcb, sounds much lower when in my case. And yes, I do have enough room in my case, I still have more then an inch of space from the tip of that fan to my side window 2 inches without my window fan..

I added the VC-RE on there, now my chipset's load is like 40C compared to past 50C on the old stock heatsink.

Its been off the fabric, I just had it on there while I was installing the VC-RE and the BT lol.

I have my 6800GS in the first slot and it fits perfectly with 2cm of clearance
