Purpose of this new forum
It has been a much-requested feature over the years for a general discussion forum for CPU questions that involve both AMD and Intel, or VIA, or just general questions not involving any specific brand. That is what this forum was created for.
As a reminder, it is never appropriate to fight, flame, argue, make baseless claims, etc in any forum on Overclock.net, and that applies to this "combined" forum also. Your disagreement with someone does not mean you are right or they are wrong - it means you disagree, and that should be expected and respected. We will not tolerate flame wars or fanboyism in this forum. Please keep that in mind. Please enjoy this new general discussion forum.
