So I'm looking into building a new system, i don't game much, but I'm mainly into graphics design and video editing, I'd like to overclock and run @ 4 Ghz or better on air. Budget = $1000 maybe more if its good so help me out please. also I'm kinda wanting to go with I7 and Sli

May I ask why SLi ?
Not going to find anything too great to SLI and still keep it all under $1k

You could probably do 260s, even 280s. I built my entire rig for ~ 800 back when gtx 280s were 300 + .

For Video/Graphics I would sacrifice SLI for more RAM / Better CPU / Faster HDD. That'll give you the best performance for those types of applications. That's why I asked what the SLI was for. Video Cards aren't utilized for that type of stuff iirc.
