Default Dell Latitude E6400 Issue

Hey,

Need some help with an issue. I have a user at work who has a Dell Latitude E6400 with a Docking Station and an External Monitor. When the PC is booted up in the dock, external video works just fine until windows boots up. Once windows boots up, the external video will only work on the laptop itself.

Here's what I've already tried:
  • Replaced Motherboard
  • Replaced Dock
  • Reinstalled Windows
  • Updated BIOS

Aside from updating the video drivers, is there anything else that I can try, that anyone can think of? Thank you in advance.
