i think the gpu in cpu is for getting rid of north bridge and integrated graphics, not the graphics card itself. or it might be used for assistance to the gpu, so its like having a little sli/crossfire set up

ive heard of this about a year ago.also something about dedicating cores for graphics, but the article i read mention a processor with more than 4 cores.

Two things make me think that this isn't going to be as stellar as Intel might be leading us to believe. If you take for instance just the size of even a low end video card like a 9800GT and all the components on it, try to imagine how they are going to integrate the Vram, GPU, and whatever other stuff it needs INTO THE PHYSICAL SPACE of that little CPU. I'm not an expert, but I am betting that some performance is going to be sacrificed somewhere. I will be staying with a Dedicated GPU as long as it performs better than larabee / AMD's equiv.

Is a 9800GT qualified as a low end video card?

And for the combined chips, wouldn't that mean that the CPU could be ran a lot harder if your GPU wasn't being taxed and vice versa?
