Default Overclocking Newbbie

Hello All, I'm hoping someone out there could help me out here, i'm interested in OC'ing to about 3.2 to 3.4ghz. I have been doing some reading and i know that i need to change the FSB to 1600 to get to 3.2. My question is do i need to change voltages as well? here is a list of my hardware to help fill in the pieces.

MB - Evga 780i SLI bios upgrade to the latest P8 i believe is the lastest.
Processor - Intel Q9450.
Memory - OCZ SLI Ready Dual Chan PC6400 DDR2 800Mhz 2x2048mb
Video - NVIDIA GeForce 9800GT 2x512mb SLI Mode
OS - XP Media,Vista Ultimate 64
Cooling - Prolimatech Megahalems Heatpipe w/Xilence 120mm PWM fan 57.91 CFM 28 dba

I also Have all the programs RealTemp, Core Temp, CPUID CPU-Z, GPU-Z, CPUID HWMonitor AND Prime95.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
