Default Best use of 200 dollars

So I have 200 dollars left of student loan money.. I want a new processor (or processor + Motherboard (if I go AMD).

Right now my rig is:

P4 630 prescott (used and abused)

4gb Kingston Ram

XFX GeForce 9800GT 512mb PCI-E

320 GB Maxtor and 500gb WD hard drives.

XFX 630i MATX motherboard.

Coolermaster 500 watt powersupply.

What is the best bang for 200 bucks for an upgrade. I'm playing Need for speed Shift and its halfway quick (don't know the FPS), and Assassins Creed runs well despite not having a Dual Core Proc like it says is required.

(I'll load up the games and get FPS readings.)

That's a tough one...if you sold your current mobo and cpu im sure you could go with a nice AMD quad core and a decent mobo...i'd recommend sticking to DDR2 though and save whats left...

You could always just buy another CPU and stick with your current board...but whats the fun in that

Could get x3 720 or a new Athlon II like 620 and a decent amd motherboard if you'd like.
