Exclamation Appropriate vcore for C2D E7400?

Hi all!
New here!

Recently i've built a budget gaming rig. But i'm having some booting problems with my rig ever since i overclocked my cpu to 3.4 Ghz. When i press the pwr button, its powers on> turns off> and turns on again! It does this 1 time or sometimes even 2 times or more!

So maybe i think its something gotta do with the vcore or something, maybe its not at the correct voltage. But after the boot everything seems fine. I just ran prime 95 for 12 hours with no errors or whatsoever. Pls help me!

You can go all the way to 1.45v (intel says 1.3625 but that is wrong). I needed 1.45v to get to 3.8 with my e7300. But each one is difference. Hell you may be able to hit 4.0 with yours.

And if you do not believe me about it being 1.45v, look at my sig for the Trutb About Temps and Voltages. That will explain everything.
