As you can see from my sig rig, these are the parts i would wish to purchase in the future, i am indeed saving up for it earning about £60 a week, so it's gonna take a while admittingly but i wonder if anyone has any suggestions?
![]() I am fixed on Intel and ATI and will not budge lol fanboy-ism ftw XD but other parts i don't mind changing if need be but any help would be dead useful Thank you

The PSU looks like a lot of power for a single GPU setup; you can easily get by with a Corsair 650W. Even in my own sigrig, I use a 550W Corsair and still am able to achieve 4.0GHz CPU/ 700Core GPU overclocks. So I'd look into downgrading the PSU to save some extra cash.

If you're going to be getting a 5970 card then you're going to want more than 650W though.
It should run a 5870 fine though. And I would advise against a Sonata Elite. I had the Sonata III, and while it was a solid, well built case it was extremely cramped and had poor airflow with terrible ambients. The Elite lets you remove both side panels(Unlike the Sonata III), which will help with cable management, but its still the same cramped hot box. You might have trouble fitting a 5870 in it and there is no way you'll get a 5890 in it.
