A decent 650w will do it. A Corsair 620hx would be what my bias opinion would recommend.

Antec, or Corsair 500 Watt would be great for that system, how ever 400 watts would be enough

A GOOD quality 520W from Corsair would do it but I say a TX650W will be more than enough power.

I'd go for a 400W PSU (like Antec Earthwatts for example) and here's why.

I have a rig similar to what you're building, just with the CPU OCed @3.3GHz and a 4850 that certainly consumes more. At peak I pull 280W from the mains, considering the ~80% efficiency of my PSU the rig actually consumes ~240W - yours won't go over 220W.

Bottom line is that your rig won't need more than 220W, thus a 400W PSU is more than adequate. A 650W is a worse alternative because at idle (~120W) it will have horrendous efficiency, and even at load it won't reach nearly 50% charge which in turns means low efficiency. A 400W PSU around 120-220W would give a lower overall power consumption and be less noisy due to better efficiency. You also have largely the headroom to add a second graphics card or a quad CPU if wanted.
