Default What to buy next?

After my second 5770 comes in, what should I upgrade? Maybe a bigger hard disk? post links etc..!

I say upgrade your HDD. Get a ... 640 AAKS from Western Digital? Those are pretty good and go for a decent prices. Actually these things are beast. I have a few of these. Put 2 in RAID 0 and your on you way. And maybe get a main HDD for the OS only. Like a small 64 GB SSD.

Well a backup drive would be good regardless, but for performance I'd say pickup a couple of 7.2k / 32m drives for RAID 0 or a SSD =D

Well I was referring to the 32mb cache flavors

If going that route a couple of 500s or 640s in RAID_0 + short stroked are a very popular (and fast) choice for mechanical drives.

The 1TB is also there too, would make a great storage drive

I've never looked into raids..what does raid basicly do?
