for me its even better, stock my setup uses 1.2 volts for 2.6ghz. so i put it at 1.164 at 4.0 and use less volts, so its also energy saving too XD

YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE. I heard Ford is coming out with heated bumpers in 2010 so your hands don not get cold while pushing it.

Could probably go lower, but I'm happy enough with my temps not to care anymore. If I have to reset my BIOS, I have to pull out my GPU, which also means unhooking my hard drives... not to mention pulling my case out and unhooking the maze of wires in the back. Just don't care enough. But my next motherboard will have easy resets :<

Overclocking indeed is bad.
In the past when decoding a movie, or doing any CPU related stuff like pac man, I had the time to grab a coke and to spend some quality time arguing with a macaroni. Now however, the work is done before I can get out of my seat. I haven't left this seat for 10 months now and I'm starting to get annoyed.
