The mobos that support both DDR2 and DDR3 are generally less reliable than the ones that support one or the other. Stability issues, picky about RAM compatibility, and can't OC the RAM hardly at all. I'd recommend the Asus P5Q or Gigabyte GA-EP45 boards.

I wouldn't jump to DDR3 until you have a bigger budget than what you currently have.

Alright so after filtering through posts I'm considering the following:
__________________Case: Antec 900 Mobo: Asus P5Q Fan: XIGMATEK HDT-S1283 I think this covers what everyone thinks my most-needed upgrades are right now. For the GPU I was thinking of either a 5750 or 5770. I might just wait it out though before buying a new one. Anyways was wondering if these parts looked fine to everyone.

Looks good to me. I haven't been a fan of ASUS' midrange boards, but it should work fine for you. Maybe look at a DFI DK P45 if they are in your price range.
