Okay, problem.
The multimeter only has 10, 50, 250, and 500 for DCV. Can I use 10, and just x2 the result? Or can't do that?

Yeah - quick google came up with the answer. (yes
)Anyway; I get this: (2D) 35(x2) 70 Should be 1.3v How would I find out? BTW - I'm using an analog multimeter.... So yeah. Really sucks.

It is 1.3v then. You're right. Just pencil and keep trying. Try as little as possibly and check the difference again.
