probably labelled something like 0.000 like you suggested, just make sure its just Volts not any of the others like kV or mV if you have a 1.5v battery around try it on that

Ok i got it set on DC, and I got it set on "v" not "mv", and it seems to be hovering around 0.000, is it ready to use?

If i move it around the computer it goes up to almost 0.2 right in front of the monitor, but if I hold back away it goes back down to 0.000,

I guess I'm doing something wrong, I stick the thing in there and it reads 0.042v??
__________________It reads a 1.5v AA battery as 1.6v so i guess its kind of working

I'm wondering, did I even get the right one?
__________________http://www.thesourcecc.com/estore/Pr...roduct=2218202 Oh, and it doesn't read 0.042v, I had it set wrong,(and probably still do) when I stick the red tester lead in the hole and the black to ground it reads 000.0v.
